DDI Interaction Management Courses
DDI Interaction Management Courses® are built on science and measurement, and they’re proven to help managers think, act, and lead differently on the job. There are thirty-six workshops rooted in psychology, and at the core are “Interaction Essentials,” behaviors to meet both the personal and practical needs in every interaction.
Deepening interaction skills requires practice and application, which is why we offer in-person, virtual, and web-based learning. Every workshop has follow-up tools to help reinforce the skills learned to start turning them into habits.
