Team Synergy is a suite of services that accelerate relationship building. We offer Team Leader Assimilation, Team Building, and Team Intervention. Each session is designed to work quickly to create powerful connections and achieve extraordinary results within an organization.

The first step for any of our services is a conversation. Together, we’ll identify your organization's needs so we can customize and propose the best solution for your team!

 

Team Leader Assimilation

This change management onboarding process accelerates the time it takes to create powerful connections and gain alignment between a team and its new leader. Through a facilitated team session, the leader can gain insight into the organization, create a forward-focused leadership style, and hit the ground running with a team that’s excited to support the journey. We recommend conducting this session within the first 45-60 days of the leader’s appointment.

Team Building

Much like any successful relationship, team building requires work, dedication, and understanding. And, when relationships improve, so do many things fundamental to a team’s success, including communication, trust, and overall team effectiveness. As a licensed practitioner of Insights Discovery, Results on Purpose Founder and CEO Julie Ziadeh offers their science-based solutions for team-building exercises. These are conducted through a series of facilitated sessions.

Team Interventions

The science-based approach of Insights Discovery can also be applied to team interventions. Through a series of customized, facilitated sessions, Julie explores team dynamics and identifies organizational dysfunctions. She provides insight, next steps, and metrics that align with organizational values and goals. Through the process, your team will improve its interpersonal interactions, which can be felt almost immediately.
