What to expect
Coaching is personalized to address your unique needs and challenges as well as the organization’s larger goals. Your coach will engage you and your boss throughout the 4-phase process.
Planning Phase: We start by establishing measurable goals.
Assessment Phase: Transformation begins with an emotional intelligence assessment, life story interview, identification of mental models, and 36O-degree feedback. At the end of this phase, goals are updated, and a development plan is formalized during a three-way meeting with you, your coach, and your boss.
Coaching Phase: Coaching is continuous and guided by a development plan. Sessions are typically 60-minutes over Zoom. While there is a process, sometimes a leader needs “just in time” coaching about an issue.
ROI Phase: This is woven throughout the process to ensure results are measured along the way.
