Each session provides a safe place for leaders to address challenges while sharpening skills, jump-starting motivation, and boosting confidence.
This coaching is especially helpful to those who are eager to learn but want to do it in short sprints or have the flexibility to access a coach as needs arise.

What to expect

Through guided discussions, we’ll identify the issue at hand, uncover ways to help you move forward, and make a plan for accountability. The program consists of 45-minute Zoom meetings booked as a series or a single session when needed.
